SPEED & POWER TRAINING SESSIONS
for Baseball/Softball Athletes
SPRING BREAK WEEK!
March 17-21, 2025
Monday thru Friday, 1:30-2:30p each day!
Boys & Girls, Ages 8 – 13 years old.
These are NOT baseball and softball skill sessions. These are Group PERFORMANCE TRAINING SESSIONS with a Fitrition Certified Trainer!
This program will be focused on developing proper mechanics and explosive movements for acceleration, speed and power for Baseball & Softball athletes. These sessions will be focused on improving hitting, throwing, pitching, and all baseball/softball athletic movements! These fun, energetic, and challenging sessions will be under the guidance of a Fitrition coach in a group environment.
