WHAT: Our Pitching Group Sessions at SBA are designed to enhance Pitching skills in a focused yet collaborative group setting. Led by our experienced pitching coach, Scott Jessop, sessions include tailored drills to improve accuracy, velocity, and control while incorporating mechanics analysis to ensure safe and effective throwing techniques. With a maximum of 8 Pitchers per session, each athlete receives individual attention and actionable feedback in a supportive group environment. This setup fosters camaraderie and competition, helping pitchers refine their skills and build confidence on the mound. Perfect for players looking to advance their pitching ability in a structured, motivating atmosphere. TRAIN TO WIN!
WHO: Youth Baseball Pitchers — 5th grade thru 12th grade *boys baseball only
WHEN: Saturdays, Nov 16 – Dec 7 (4 Saturdays)

EQUIPMENT: Athletes need to bring their glove and wear appropriate indoor athletic apparel and athletic shoes.
PITCHING SESSION INFORMATION: Boys baseball only. These sessions are structured to help athletes enhance critical skills essential for their pitching development. Sessions will cover accuracy, giving pitchers some tools to help build consistency and precision on the mound. Emphasis on form, efficiency, and repeatable movements to improve performance. Developing a foundation to increasing velocity while maintaining arm health through teaching carefully designed drills, exercises, and recovery techniques. Our goal is to provide a comprehensive training environment that supports growth, minimizes injury risk, and builds confidence to maximize the ability to compete on the mound! There are NO REFUNDS or MAKE-UPS for a missed session! These sessions are supervised by SBA head pitching instructor, Scott Jessop.
